Here you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about our products, how to use them, as well as ordering, shipping, payment and returns.
How can I cancel or change my order?
As our ordering process is fully automated, orders can unfortunately no longer be changed or cancelled after confirmation. Once an order is completed, the order and invoice are generated and immediately forwarded to our logistics partner.
It is therefore not possible to change items or add additional products to an existing order. If you would like to order additional products, you can place a new order in our shop at any time.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent automatically by email after your purchase has been completed. If you have not received an email, please first check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation there, a wrong email address may have been entered. In this case, our customer service will be happy to help you.
Will I be notified once my order has been shipped?
Yes. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email also includes a tracking link, allowing you to check the status of your order at any time.
