How can I return a product?
If you would like to return a product, you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order via the corresponding form in our online shop. Please provide all required order details so we can review your request.
Please note that a refund is only possible if the product is in perfect, unopened, and undamaged condition. As these are food products, opened items are excluded from return.
Returns are only free of charge if the product was damaged during shipping or if there is a defect. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may choose their preferred carrier.
After successful review, you will receive a return approval email with a link and all further instructions for the return process.
What are the return costs?

How can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different item, please return the product via our returns portal and place a new order in our online shop.
My product is defective. What should I do?
If your product is damaged or faulty, you can either submit a return request via our online shop or contact our customer service directly. We will review your request as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected. After successful review, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
