What payment methods are available?

When will my payment be charged?

Payment is processed immediately upon completion of your order. Once you successfully complete the checkout process, the corresponding amount will be charged or authorized via your selected payment method.

Where can I find my invoice?

After completing your order, the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you cannot find the invoice, please also check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, our customer service will be happy to help you.

How long do I have to pay the invoice?

When purchasing on invoice via Klarna, you have 14 days to pay your bill. Payment details are sent directly by Klarna via email and are also available in your Klarna account.

I was declined for invoice payment. What can I do?

The decision regarding invoice payments is made directly by Klarna. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this. In this case, you can simply choose one of the other available payment methods to complete your order.
